This charming elegant Victorian villa is delightfully situated at the harbour end of Paignton, a short stroll to the beach, town centre and railway station.
The Great Western is a privately owned detached hotel and can only be described as one of the finest of its size in Paignton. It is our contention that few others equal it in any aspect of catering and hospitality. The Great Western is a theme hotel with one of the finest collections of model railways, steam engines, ships and vintage toys to be found anywhere in the country. The hotel exudes a natural English charm in its railway theme, tasteful decor and pleasant surroundings. Whatever the weather, there is somewhere to relax in peace, with it be the garden or the bar lounge.
